Drug abuse reduction programs in Gainesville, VA are designed to target both the general population and subgroups that are at high risk of substance abuse. The sequence of education and training in a doctoral program depends on the area of the degree in psychology and the emphasis placed on research productivity for the degree and program. During my nearly six years at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), I developed numerous testing and evaluation programs for evaluators, law enforcement officers, and armed pilots; implemented improved training, including an automated learning management system; instituted a mandatory annual certification program for all evaluators; implemented a pay-for-performance program; and designed and implemented a professional advancement program for evaluators.
